Vernon Higgins, age 66 yrs. Born in Los Angeles, Ca. Feb. 28, 1948  Graduated Loara High School June 1966, Anaheim, Ca.  Viet-Nam Combat Veteran, U.S. Army 1968-1969 (Radio Teletype Operator) - "Secret Military Clearance" during active service.  Awarded "Army Commendation Medal" with "Oak Leaf Cluster". Honorable Discharge" from the U.S. Army. Worked in the Trucking Industry for 12 years as a Teamster's member in Local #63. Worked for the "Internal Revenue Service"  1981-1982.  Currently retired from the "U.S. Postal Service" after 25 years of service, Retired October 31, 2009.  Have traveled to Australia, Mexico, and Taiwan, for business and personal.
